At the Head Office there are showrooms and warehousing facilities, with a full repair service and substantial stock holdings to enable immediate delivery of all orders.
Distribution is to power tool retailers throughout the country and a complete call service is provided to everybody on a regular basis. As expected of a top quality power tool range, service agents stand behind the product and are present in every market location.
New Zealand is a country far distant from the German factories and accordingly large stocks of all products are held within New Zealand at all times to meet customer requirements.
News from Metabo is promulgated in the form of a promotional leaflet directed to end users through their power tool distributors. This service is used for promotion and educational purposes and to build a rapport between the manufacturer and its customers.
Staff and customer training sessions are organised together with site visits and promotional activities and as a result sellers of Metabo are experts in all aspects of the brand.

Other staff are equally qualified in the service and consultant field. Tooline staff make regular visits to Germany to ensure that they are up to date with all the latest developments.
The recent extension of Metabo interests into Elektra Beckum has opened up additional fields for woodworking machinery, welders and air tools and the overall future is one of rapid expansion in New Zealand for the whole Metabo range.
